Director, Internal Communications

The Director of Internal Communications leads the strategic planning, development, and project management for all organization-wide internal communication programs to support Seattle Children's mission, vision, and system goals.
Acting as a strategic counselor and thought leader, this role ensures internal communications are deeply aligned with business operations and organizational culture while partnering with People & Culture to ensure that workforce strategy, culture, and engagement are not only communicated but activated. The Director oversees the workplace communication strategy, including the technical architecture, development, and content for the CHILD intranet and next-generation engagement technologies.
