Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Director of Accountingto lead all aspects of technical accounting, including revenue recognition. This role owns revenue accounting policy, reviews complex contracts, and ensures compliance with GAAP across multiple performance obligations and principal vs. agent considerations. You’ll partner closely with sales, accounting, and audit teams to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and proper accounting treatment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership, lenders, and the board

  • Lead consolidated financial statement preparation, including footnotes, in accordance with GAAP
