Director of Broker Relations

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to generate new business and retain existing accounts.
• Monitor team performance and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, and Collections to support policy issuance, renewals, claims, RI placements, and premium collections.
• Address brokers' and clients' insurance inquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance across the division.
• Attend management and operational meetings as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Group Head.
