We are currently looking for an experienced Director of Building Systems & Capital Planning to lead the strategic management, preservation, and long-term performance of our senior living portfolio.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking and enjoys collaborating across operations, construction, and executive leadership.

What You'll Do
Lead capital planning and asset preservation strategies across a multi-state senior living portfolio.

Develop and manage 5- and 10-year capital improvement plans and annual CapEx budgets.
