Director of Food And Beverage (UMANA, Bali)

Job Descriptions:

• Develop, implement, and oversee the overall Food & Beverage strategy and operations to maximize profitability, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, catering, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Lead the planning and execution of departmental operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, policy implementation, cost control, inventory management, procurement, and supplier negotiations to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying market trends and business opportunities, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to develop pricing strategies, promotions, special events, and innovative guest experiences.
