Director of Land Acquisition

I’m partnering with a fast‑growing, hyperscale data centre platform that is building out a dedicated regional site selection and land banking function across Asia.

We’re looking for a Vice President to own the end‑to‑end land and site strategy across markets such as India, Japan and broader Asia, working closely with power, development and customer teams to secure development‑ready sites for the next generation of large‑scale campuses.

Experience in the Middle East would be a value-add, with platform expansion imminent.

This is not a “first deal” or “single‑market” role. It’s a senior mandate to:

• Define and drive a regional site selection strategy , aligning land and capacity with customer demand and long‑term growth plans
