Rouge Care is a premium red light therapy brand in the health and wellness space. We design and sell high-performance physical products globally through Shopify. As the business scales, we are focused on building reliable, well-integrated operational systems across inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain.

We are hiring a Director of Operations to lead and continuously improve Rouge Care’s operational infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on systems, execution, and measurable outcomes. The role is responsible for ensuring products are produced, stocked, and delivered on time, while improving shipping speed, inventory accuracy, and operational reliability.
