Reporting to the Division President, the Director of Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless production and delivery in a dynamic environment. - Work closely with the safety manager and branches to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and continuous development of safety standards and processes.
- Ensure management support and compliance with fleet, site, facility, training, meetings, communications, HS committee’s and monthly requirements.
