About the Role
Our client is a long-established, Canadian-owned business, backed by long-term capital. This is a senior operations leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and leading the company’s Greater Vancouver operation, with a seat on the senior leadership team.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role for an operator who is as comfortable on the warehouse floor as in the boardroom. You will lead a warehouse and logistics operation through a demanding, seasonal cycle, with an experienced, tenured team that does its best work for a leader who is present and in it with them.
The team is proud of how it works.
