Director, Patient-Centered Outcomes & Evidence Strategy

Pfizer is seeking a PCOA Director to lead patient-centered outcome assessment strategies across clinical trials and real-world studies. You will guide CV/oncology indications, align with HV&E and RWE, and partner with R&D, CMO, and commercial teams to deliver COA evidence for regulatory submissions.You will manage a global vendor network, ensure methodological rigor, and stay current with COA innovations and regulatory expectations.
