Director, Program Delivery

Position Overview

Reporting to the VP, Mission, we are hiring a Director, Program Delivery on a 6‑month contract. As the Director, Program Delivery, you will lead the execution and evolution of Parkinson Canada’s national programs, bringing structure, consistency, and accountability to how services are delivered. You will lead a team of managers, collaborate across functions, and ensure programs are accessible, high‑quality, and aligned to community needs. This role is critical in scaling our reach from approximately 5,000 people today to 50,000 in the coming years.

Remote position with occasional travel for in‑person meetings.
