Job Summary
The Director of Quality provides overall leadership, direction, and governance for quality management across multiple manufacturing sites for a manufacturing division. This role establishes and deploys a cohesive quality management approach (strategy, standards, systems, and routines) that strengthens compliance, improves customer confidence, and enables sustained improvement while driving a culture of continuous improvement. The role develops site level quality leadership, aligns quality initiatives with operational and business objectives, governs a multi-year divisional quality improvement roadmap focused on sustained reduction of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and customer reported defect rates (PPM), and provides senior quality leadership support for designated business critical customer accounts.
