Director, Surety Underwriting

Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader in Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, or surrounding states to lead a team of Surety underwriters. In this key leadership role, you will oversee a team of underwriters focused on contract surety business. You will be responsible for managing underwriting operations, mentoring staff, driving regional growth, and ensuring profitable performance in alignment with corporate goals. This leader will maintain a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values and uphold the standards of the AmTrust organization.
