Managing a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining client relationships
Overseeing and leading on engagements, acting as the main point of contact for clients, liaising with them throughout the engagement cycle
Actively promote team and personal profile to internal and external networks in order to promote collaboration and increase internal/external leads
Identify key client issues that represent opportunities for the Firm to capitalise on and play active role in securing it Financial management, including developing and managing project budgets and billing to ensure profitable delivery of client engagements
Mentoring, coaching and developing junior team members
Play key role in people development activities (coaching / mentoring) for less experienced team members
Perform any other duties as assigned to support departmental and organization objectives
