Disaster Recovery Specialist

The Disaster Recovery (DR) Administrator is responsible for ensuring end-to-end disaster recovery readiness across infrastructure, applications, networks, and data center environments. The role focuses on planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of DR strategies, ensuring minimal service disruption and strict adherence to SLA, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

The DR Administrator will support and execute enterprise-wide Disaster Recovery programs, including annual DR planning, DR drill execution, automation initiatives, and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders. This is an L3/SME-level role requiring strong DR execution experience and hands-on involvement in live DR drills, not just planning. The role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, application dependencies, network architecture, and DR governance. Exposure to banking or other regulated environments is preferred.
