We are seeking an Escrow Support Specialist/Disbursement Specialist for a national title insurance company based in Houston, TX.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support for a diverse range of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinancing, and relocations. You will act as a key player in the production center, ensuring that the final stages of the escrow process are handled with precision, efficiency, and professional care.
Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate the disbursement of escrow transactions by ensuring all files are fully funded and processed according to specific closing instructions.
Review and prepare closing files post-close to confirm that all balances are accurate and meet regulatory and internal standards.
