**Description:**
**Position Summary / Schedule: 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.**
**A Utility / Dishwasher is a key position and your attendance when scheduled is extremely important. You will wash all pots, utensils; assist in the dish room and properly store and maintain all items. You will restock and place in the proper storage areas, sweep, mop and clean as directed.**
**Previous Dishwashing exp preferred.**
**II. Position Requirements** : Check with Early Cook for special needs or problems. AM stocking in order to be ready for breakfast operation. Set-up pot washing area, wash and store as necessary. Receive stock and properly store, checking with Baker and Cooks for items that need to be pulled.
Continuous maintenance and sanitation of snack bar and dining areas.
Remove all trash and maintain all garbage cans.
