Dispatch Coordinator - Operations, Middle Mile, SPX Express (Bulacan)

Job Description

• Dispatch vehicle drivers to route based on the hub requirements FM, hub to hub, IIS.
• Maintain a database information of all the assignment fleet and drivers
• Coordinate with VR Allocation and monitoring team, with different activity versus the vehicle requirements.
• Implements vehicle activities consistent with policies and procedures set by SPX to promote safe, cost-effective, and appropriate operation of all SPX owned vehicles.
• Daily inventory cycle count of all available SPX Owned fleet that will cover the pick-up of assigned sellers. Set up, track, forecast, and report vehicle inventory
• Identify cost savings opportunities and potential efficiencies related to fleet, like cost analysis of the rates.
• Coordinate pool vehicles for assigned locations and receive recall reports and send notification to drivers as needed.
