Job Description

Required Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain / Logistics (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an Exports, Dispatch, or Logistics role
Solid knowledge of customs procedures, international trade terms (Incoterms), and shipping documentation (B/L, CMR, commercial invoices)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating export shipments and domestic distribution operations
Preparing and issuing all required shipping and transport documents
Managing customs clearance documentation for outbound goods
Tracking shipments and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
Communicating proactively with customers regarding shipment status and estimated delivery dates
