We are currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Dispatcher to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong ability to multitask and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Dispatcher you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process transportation requests from clients both internal and external
Assign drivers and vehicles to transport goods and materials according to delivery schedules and customer requirements
Monitor and track the movement of vehicles using GPS systems and communicate updates to clients and drivers
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
