The Dispatcher plays a critical role in daily transportation operations by coordinating drivers, routes, and load assignments to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries. This position is responsible for sourcing freight, dispatching drivers, monitoring shipments, maintaining operational records, and minimizing vehicle downtime.
