Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the Region.
• Ensure that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and/or exceeded.
• Establish, maintain and acquire new customers to increase business opportunities.
• Hire, develop and motivate sales personnel.

Required skill(s)

Selling, Accounts Management, Negotiation.

Requirements

• Familiarity of the accounts and area (whole Mindanao).
• General Trade, Modern trade and Distributorship management.
• People management.
• Can do field work.
• With Company Car.
• With performance bonus (not guaranteed), based on performance.
