DLP Lead Ops

Years of Experience: 7 years Work Mode: Onsite (candidates should be willing to work from the Mumbai office) JD DLP Operations Leadership Lead day‑to‑day DLP monitoring, investigation, incident response, and escalation activities. Act as the primary point of contact for DLP operations. Drive operational maturity by defining and tracking SLAs, KPIs, and response timelines. Assess risk and determine business impact of data leakage incidents. Lead, mentor, and review work of junior DLP analysts. Coordinate with SOC, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams during DLP incidents. Handle business exceptions, risk acceptance decisions, and policy escalations. Communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong spoken English with the ability to lead discussions and incident calls.
