DoD System Integration Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a System Integration Engineer to support one of our defense customers out of Sterling Heights. This role is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting system integration benches and lab environments used to test complex C5ISR and combat vehicle systems. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on engineering experience, thrives in a customer-facing lab environment, and enjoys working across electrical, mechanical, and software domains to ensure system interoperability and mission readiness. - Design, engineer, implement, and verify system integration benches, test racks, cables, harnesses, and lab configurations to improve usability and maintainability
