Job Responsibilities
To report directly to the Shift Foreman or Designate on an ongoing basis and communicate all relevant matters pertaining to Safely & efficiently Operate Subarc draw-benches in conjunction with reeler, speed feed Drum, or Stem Winder unit.Change dies as required.Maintain the copper coating solution at the proper concentration, Graphite solution at proper concentrations.Control the application of the surface lubricant and or graphite/Alcohol, when required.Service the de-scaling brush units and maintain the correct setup and operation of green rod offset de-scaler.Follow the drawing lubricant schedule and report mechanical and electrical problems to the shift ForemanPalletize the finished product.To perform MIG Butt Welding as required<...
