Job Description
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within logistics, fleet operations, transport management or last mile delivery environments.
- Proven experience working with route management, driver performance monitoring and delivery optimisation systems.
- Strong driver management experience, including coaching, compliance management, performance monitoring and real time issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage owner-drivers or delivery teams within a high volume, service driven operation.
