Job Description
Job Summary:
- Conduct one-on-one drum lessons for students of varying ages and skill levels
- Prepare and structure lessons to support students' technical and musical development
- Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents where necessary
- Prepare students for performances, recitals, or examinations (if applicable)
- Uphold the studio's teaching standards and maintain a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 8 (or equivalent) in drums from a reputable examination board
- Grade 5 Music Theory certification is an advantage
- Prior teaching experience preferred, but not mandatory for strong candidates
- Good communication skills and ability to engage students of different ages
- Reliable, responsible, and professional in conduct
- Able to commit to a consistent teaching schedule
