Dry Utilities Superintendent

Position Overview

The Dry Utilities Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all dry utility construction activities on large‑scale infrastructure projects. This role oversees the installation, protection, relocation, and coordination of utilities such as electrical, communications, fibre optic, gas, and street lighting, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. The position serves as the primary on‑site liaison between utility owners, subcontractors, and project teams.

Essential Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise all dry utility work including temporary and permanent installations, relocations, and tie‑ins. Ensure daily construction activities align with project drawings, specifications, and sequencing requirements.
