Role Profile

The DS Manager drives global payroll product strategy, process standardization, technology enablement, data migration, integrations, and operational readiness. The role functions as a business product owner across payroll, HR, compliance, IT, contact center, vendors, and regional teams to deliver compliant, scalable, employee‑centered payroll solutions during the transition to a standalone DePuy Synthes company.

Key Responsibilities
