Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Assists the DSM Coordinator in ensuring proper warehousing and delivery of DPCB commodities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Inspection of warehouse with DPCB commodities
- Provision of technical assistance to warehouses with DPCB commodities
- Ensures proper packaging of DPCB commodities in central warehouse/s to be delivered
- Facilitates timely delivery of DPCB commodities
- Coordinates with target clients on status of delivery of DPCB commodities
- Consolidates assigned DSM reports and requests
- Assists in processing of procurement documents of NTP commodities
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Education : Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Experience : At least one (1) year related work experience
