Job Description
AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for an E-Commerce Executive (Operations) to join us on a 1-year contract.
You will play an important role, such as:
- Assist in managing and executing overall operational readiness and processes while ensuring Customer Service excellence across eCommerce platforms & owned sites.
- Monitor and process all online order fulfilment, inventory, returns and exchanges in the system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure stock availability by monitoring and synchronizing inventory across all platforms and warehouses.
- Provide administrative support to streamline order processing and courier operations, continuously improving operational readiness.
- Identify and resolve warehouse operational issues promptly with effective solutions.
