Job Description
- Respond to store chats and assist in addressing customer inquiries
- Monitor and manage product reviews
- Encode product, sales, and inventory data into internal systems
- Assist in the activation and maintenance of e-commerce platform tools (e.g., promotions, vouchers, etc.)
- Support the team in updating product listings and store content
- Help track and report performance metrics
- Perform other related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Internship required by the University
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
