E-commerce Operation Assistant (Full time/Part-time)

1. Responsible for the daily operations of e-commerce: processing daily sales orders, order fulfillment, inventory updates, product dispatch, invoicing, and responding to customer inquiries etc.. 2. Promptly address customer inquiries, feedback, reviews, and resolve any customer concerns related to online orders and social media platforms. 3. Participate in and support e-commerce initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, engagement, and purchase behavior. 4. Create and maintain website content, ensuring all content is up-to-date, and verify that all pages, products, and prices on the site are accurate and in line with trading standards. 5.
