WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL
You will lead the vision, roadmap, and performance of Chanel's eServices across Europe, including appointment booking, queue management, and client events. This key role drives scalable, value-driven product development within our omnichannel strategy, ensuring a cohesive European core model.
Product Vision & Roadmap
Define and continuously refine the European eServices product vision.
Build, prioritise, and defend a clear, value-based roadmap.
Balance core model scalability with justified market adaptations.
Lead discovery phases to validate structural product evolutions.
Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking, and functional/UX studies on competitor websites and in-store to propose enhancements.
