Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Counsel students and parents regarding UG & PG programs, admissions, and career opportunities
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
• Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-ups through CRM systems
• Support students throughout the enrolment and documentation process
