The Safety Manager drives a proactive safety culture by owning both the strategic oversight and the hands-on, day-to-day execution of safety programs across the fulfillment center. This role doesn’t just manage from a desk — it is a floor-level presence that conducts walk-throughs, leads incident investigations, delivers training, and ensures compliance is lived, not just documented. In the absence of dedicated Safety Supervisors, the Safety Manager personally carries out the full breadth of responsibilities required to keep every associate safe and every program audit-ready.
