Job Description
Maintenance & Repair
Lead and perform complex preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on all instrumentation and control systems, including field devices, control valves, safety systems, flow meters, and analyzers.
Calibration & Testing
Oversee and conduct routine and non-routine calibration and testing of instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability, using specialized test equipment and software, coordinate with OEM supplier for calibration activities.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques and problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of complex equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Installation & Commissioning
Supervise and participate in the installation and commissioning of new instrumentation and automation systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and design requirements.
