Overview:
Fastenal's Enterprise Search & Analytics team in designing and evolving scalable, high-performance search solutions using Elasticsearch. You'll drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of impactful, secure, and compliant systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Architect and evolve enterprise-wide search platforms.
Lead technical design, code reviews, and mentoring.
Collaborate with business and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, GDPR, and internal security standards.
