Job Description
we’re looking for a weekend live in PSW for an elderly female patient that is wheelchair bound and has dementia. She is low maintenance and non verbal and non violent.
We are looking to have someone start 7:30pm Friday’s to 7:30pm Sunday to relieve our full time PSW.
The work is easy - to administer medication, prepare and make meals and clean dishes
afterwards , provide comfort and company and assist with getting her changed.
We are located in North Etobicoke and are offering room and board for the duration of the weekend shift.
We would love to communicate with you regarding this position and are hoping to have a quick start date as our current weekend PSW is leaving.
Responsibilities include:
Administering medication
Preparing and serving meals
Light housework and laundry
Providing companionship and comfort
Assisting with some personal care like brushing hair and filing nails
Assist with entertainment by putting on the music/tv/ taking a w...
