Electrical Construction Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Electrical Construction Managers to support our clients’ data centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the work is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Manage site Quality Assurance in coordination with the QA Manager, ensuring all works meet the highest standards
• Oversee the project schedule with the Project Team and prepare two‑week look‑aheads for upcoming works
• Ensure labour resources are planned and maintained in line with project requirements
• Supervise subcontractor activities, monitoring progress against schedules and manpower trackers
• Identify and report all variations and delays to Project Management
• Verify that all plant and materials delivered are in line with specifications and safely stored onsite
