Job Description
Electrical Lead Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer to lead the design and engineering of electrical systems for power, renewable energy, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in substation engineering, power system studies, electrical design, and project coordination, with the ability to lead engineering teams and ensure timely delivery of quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, material requisitions (MRs), Design Basis Reports (DBRs), tender documents, and Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs).
- Develop and review Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), protection schemes, schematic diagrams, I/O lists, and control logics for EHV, MV, and LV systems.
- Perform substation engineering activities for AIS/GIS substations up to 220kV, including conductor sizing, sag-tension analysis, and protection philosophy development.
