Electrical Supervisor

Zenviron is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support the delivery of large scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Victoria’s Latrobe Valley. This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll coordinate and supervise on site electrical works, lead crews and subcontractors, and work closely with project teams to deliver safe, high quality outcomes across critical major BESS projects in the Latrobe Valley. Key responsibilities will include: 

Plan, allocate and coordinate daily work activities for electrical crews and subcontractors 

Supervise, coach and mentor team members, ensuring competency and compliance with scope and standards. 

Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered in line with project requirements, schedules and specifications. 

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, always ensuring compliance with Zenviron and site safety requirements.
