Ciena is looking for a Product / Process Engineer – Electro-optical Systems to join our team in Jalisco, Mexico. In this role, you will lead the qualification of new systems into high-volume manufacturing and ensure alignment with design intent. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years in New Product Introduction for electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and hands-on knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes.
