**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing high-quality welding and assembly work within a machine shop environment, adhering to specific tolerances and production standards. You will receive training but are expected to work independently, interpret blueprints, and contribute to fabrication and fitting tasks as part of a small, collaborative team.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding operations to meet specific tolerances and quality standards.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete welding and assembly tasks accurately.
+ Assemble electromechanical and metal components according to production requirements and specifications.
+ Fabricate and fit parts using appropriate tools and welding techniques to ensure proper alignment and fit-up.
+ Work independently after training to plan and execute daily welding and assembly tasks with minimal supervision....
