As a new Process Manager, you’ll join the Process Manager Development Program (PMDP), which takes place over the first year with us and involves hands‑on training, implementing Lean/Green Belt methodologies across two projects and presenting your work to senior leaders. You’ll also get to join social networking events and connect with other Process Managers across the business.
