Description
 :Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Employee Experience Intern to join our team! In this role you will get to support a global HR team by coordinating and executing HR communications, engagement initiatives, and knowledge management activities across the employee lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support HR initiatives that create a positive employee experience for Parsons employees globally by drafting internal communications (emails, intranet posts, newsletters, etc.) and assisting with content development for key HR programs across all Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
Support Parsons Connect, our global employee engagement program, by helping plan campaigns and drafting internal communications that drive awareness and participation.
