Job Description

Become a key player in technical support as an End User Support Technician. Deliver exceptional on-site assistance, problem resolution, and customer service in a collaborative environment.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of technical experience in providing end-user support. You'll offer hands-on break-fix solutions for desktops, laptops, and tablets while ensuring timely responses to service requests. You'll work closely within the Site Services team and support hardware peripherals, software applications, and mobile devices.
