Endoscopy Shift Lead & Clinical Coordinator

Ormiston Hospital in Auckland’s Howick area is seeking an experienced RN to step into the Endoscopy Shift Coordinator role. You will lead day-to-day Endoscopy operations, manage clinical workload, and support patient flow with proven leadership and clinical judgment.

You will coordinate staffing and resources, promote clinical excellence, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with surgeons, nurses and admin staff to sustain high standards of care.
