In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support customers in pre-sales and post-sales engineering inquiries for Analytical Instruments products.
Provide technical support and act as a resource person to Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Project Execution Leads of Measurement Solutions North America.
Provide proposals for RMA (Return Material Authorization) related repairs, recertification and evaluation.
