Engineer - Innovation & Technology Management (Automation & Control)

Drive automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives through the design and integration of control, instrumentation, and data systems in glove manufacturing. The Engineer develops and implements advanced control strategies, sensor networks, and real‑time monitoring systems to improve process efficiency, traceability, and predictive maintenance capabilities. This role works closely with multidisciplinary teams to enable smart factory transformation aligned with Hartalega’s digital roadmap.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems for process control and monitoring.
• Specify, calibrate, and integrate sensors, transmitters, and control devices to ensure accurate and reliable data acquisition.
• Integrate control systems with MES, data historians, and IoT platforms to support data‑driven operations.
